My name is Brandi Paris, the Sales Coordinator at the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Chattanooga! We are thrilled to be hosting your group, and we received your social rate agreements. Your block for your attendees has been created and is now ready for booking at each hotel.

Please note the cut-off date is:  Wednesday, July 29th after which any reservations made at your discounted rate will be accepted based on availability.  There are several ways your guests can book:

- Call the hotel directly: 423-308-9000 and give the front desk your date of arrival and the name of your group—Garlow/Cook Wedding 

- Book online at www.chattanoogadowntown.hgi.com. After entering your exact arrival and departure dates on the website, there is an option to add a special rate code (this option is found in the drop down menu next to the arrow). Your group code is GCW. The correct rates will pull up and you can continue the reservation process.

- Call reservations 1-800-HILTONS . Give either your group name or group code and the date and they will be able to access our information and make a reservation.
